Hi! We're Jacqui, Nicole, and Adam: a styling and design team from Cambridge, MA. We're all obsessed with fashion, styling, and value, so we thought we'd start a business that combines all three! Enter the Designer Mystery Box.
Four years ago, Jacqui started selling Designer Mystery Boxes on a very popular auction website to thin out her overflowing storage space that was full of clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories of all sizes. Soon, she was bombarded with emails asking for more opportunities to purchase these specially-tailored boxes outside of that auction site. Busy with her commercial styling business, she swept the idea under the rug, until she met Nicole and Adam. The three bonded over their love of acquiring beautiful designer items, and decided to share that passion with the world.
Purchase one of our discounted Designer Mystery Boxes, and here is what will happen:
• You'll fill out our easy-to-follow style profile. This will help us determine your true size and style. Also, you'll get to send us your wish list! We want to know what your top-coveted items are this season, and we'll do our best to find them for you!
If you happen to be an unusual size (we generally carry misses US 0-12, and shoe sizes US 5-11), please shoot us an email before you make a purchase so that we can make sure that we have ample items to fill a fabulous Mystery Box for you!
• You will receive at least three items. Each item will be BRAND NEW or in EXCELLENT USED CONDITION (if an item has been previously worn, it will be appropriately cleaned prior to shipment).
• Your Mystery Box will have a combined retail value of more than $500. If original tags are not attached, we will provide a detailed description of the item's retail value and place of purchase. We can also include styling tips if you like. :)
• We have expensive taste.
• You will receive at least three items. Each item will be BRAND NEW or in EXCELLENT USED CONDITION (if an item has been previously worn, it will be appropriately cleaned prior to shipment).

• We want you to love your Mystery Box! We guarantee each item to be authentic and in excellent condition! We do not take returns due to fit, however. But if something in your box doesn't work out, why not sell it on said online auction website? :)

To begin our new budget styling service, we will need to obtain storage, keep the lights and heat/AC on, build and maintain our website, and set up our shipping center.
